Project Manager
   With over 30 years in the construction industry, Nathanial brings unmatched expertise, structural precision, and steady leadership to every job site.
    As a Master Carpenter, he specializes in high-detail craftsmanship—ensuring that every project RSR Enterprises delivers is built to look exceptional and stand the test of time.
   Nathanial oversees projects from concept to completion with a focus on quality control, clear communication, and getting the job done right the first time.
   When he’s off the job site, Nathaniel values quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and can often be found out fishing.
Jake M.
Project Manager
   With a sharp eye for plan development and extensive expertise behind the controls of heavy machinery, Jake plays a key role in keeping RSR Enterprises running efficiently.    Whether he’s laying out technical site plans for steel construction or coordinating heavy equipment for larger residential and handyman projects, Jake ensures every job moves seamlessly from blueprint to final build.
   His ability to bridge detailed pre-planning with hands-on machine operation guarantees that work site operations stay safe, precise, and on schedule.
   When he’s off work, Jake enjoys spending time with his children, friends and making the most of the outdoors, especially hunting.
Will G.
Field Specialist
   Will is a core driver of daily operations at RSR Enterprises, bringing a strong work ethic and versatile hands-on skill to every job site.
   From structural steel builds to detailed residential handyman repairs, Will works directly on the ground to ensure every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to our highest standards of craftsmanship.
   His adaptable, problem-solving mindset and dedication to getting the job done right make him an essential part of the team.         When he’s off the job site, Will spends his free time on the golf course, following his favorite sports, and hanging out with friends.
